Julianne Christy, MBA, MHA, CASC, brings over 15 years of extensive experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) management and healthcare leadership. As a seasoned professional, Julianne has established herself as a visionary leader in the healthcare industry, consistently delivering exceptional results and driving organizational growth.
With a strong focus on multi-facility growth, cost-cutting initiatives, and maintaining high patient satisfaction rates averaging 97%, Julianne provides strategic guidance and operational leadership to ASCs across the nation. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas including budget administration, staff supervision, physician recruiting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Julianne’s career journey includes notable roles at renowned healthcare organizations such as Sullivan Healthcare Consulting, HCA, and Carolinas Healthcare System. At Sullivan Healthcare Consulting, Julianne served as a Surgery Center Development and Operation Consultant, where she spearheaded the development and oversight of new ASCs and office-based surgical rooms nationwide. During her tenure at HCA as a Market Administrator-Corporate Administrator, Julianne played a pivotal role in building Denovo ambulatory centers and overseeing operations for multiple outpatient ambulatory facilities.
Her accomplishments include successfully managing profit and loss, overseeing construction budgets, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. Julianne’s commitment to excellence and her ability to implement innovative solutions have consistently led to improved patient satisfaction, reduced costs, and increased profitability for the organizations she has served.
Julianne’s educational background includes dual Masters degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Regis University, Denver, CO. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Studies with minors in Math and Human Service from Louisiana State University.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Julianne is an active member of the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (ASCA), where she serves as a mentor in the ASCA Mentor/Mentee Program, providing guidance and support to associate administrators.
